Attempt to set Guinness Record

On 13.09.2013, the dancers from club “Horo” – Kozloduy, with artistic director Todor Prvilov played 22 Bulgarians without interruption for 76 minutes.

With their performance, in front of the crowded central square “Hristo Botev” in the Danube town, the participants fought for setting a record for Guinness.

The head of Gabrovo folk ensemble “Bozhentsi” Tsvetelina Atanasova and notary Valentin Mitev will certify to Guinness that all conditions are met and the record for the longest dancing of Bulgarian people to be read.

An official response from Guinness headquarters is expected within three months. If it is a positive result, Horo dance club will be awarded a certificate of a record.

EnergoService strongly supports the club’s initiative because by registering such a record in the Guinness Book of Records, the unique Bulgarian people will receive worldwide recognition.
