In order to satisfy more fully customers’ wishes and to accelerate and facilitate communication with them, the Company set up a specialized group whose functions are divided into the following areas:
- Marketing
- Engineering
- Sales and after sales services
- Warranty and post-warranty service
Main responsibilities of the Head of the newly formed team is a coordination processes in marketing research, receiving and registration inquiries, preparation of tenders and purchase order, as well as providing warranty and post-warranty service.
