In order to improve its competitiveness in the market segment of the services provided EnergoService prepared, won and implemented a project under the Operational Programme “Development of the Competitiveness of the Bulgarian Economy” 2007 – 2013.
As a result of the project “Compliance with Internationally Recognized Standards and Implementation of Management Systems in Enterprises ” , EnergoService developed , implemented and maintains management systems in accordance with international standards ISO 14001:2004, ISO 27001:2005, SA 8000:2008 (except for the already implemented certification to ISO 9001:2008).
In November were conducted surveillance audits by certification company SGS Bulgaria Ltd. During these no significant remarks and recommendations were made.
In execution of this project an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Business Process Management (BPM) was implemented at EnergoService.
Furthermore, EnergoService team independently developed, implemented and prepared for certification Health and Safety System in compliance with the BC OHSAS 18001:2007. This system will be certified in 2014.
Through the implementation and certification of management systems cited, EnergoService AD will respond to the requirements and expectations of its customers, partners and employees.
