This year marked an important milestone as Mirion’s flagship conference expanded beyond the United States and was held in Europe for the first time. Mirion Connect EMEA APAC brought together more than 350 participants, creating a unique platform for knowledge exchange, collaboration and innovation.
Over three days, the conference featured 55 technical and business sessions, bringing together customers, representatives, partners and Mirion experts from the nuclear, healthcare, research and industrial sectors to share experience, discuss new technologies and explore future challenges.
As the official representative of Mirion Technologies in Bulgaria, EnergoService was proud to contribute to the conference programme with a technical presentation titled “GEM™-5 at Kozloduy NPP – Key Success Factors, Challenges and Lessons Learned”. Our team shared valuable experience from the implementation of two successful projects with an installation in total of ten GEM™-5 portal monitors, manufactured by Mirion Technologies. The presentation demonstrated how advanced radiation monitoring technologies contribute to nuclear safety, operational reliability and emergency preparedness, while highlighting the importance of expertise, collaboration and effective project execution in a highly demanding nuclear environment.
